These terms govern use of the Notwen website and, unless a product page states different terms, the baseline licence granted for a Notwen digital resource. Mandatory consumer rights and the Tebex checkout terms are not excluded by these terms.
2. Purchase and merchant of record
Paid purchases are completed through Tebex Checkout. Tebex is the merchant-of-record/payment commerce provider for the transaction and handles payment processing, applicable checkout taxes and buyer-side payment procedures under its own terms. Product descriptions, compatibility information and Notwen product support remain the responsibility of Notwen to the extent applicable.
3. Delivery and Cfx entitlement
Paid FiveM/Cfx resources are intended to be delivered through Tebex with Cfx Asset Escrow or another official Cfx-supported entitlement flow. Access is tied to the purchaser's relevant Cfx entitlement/account. A buyer must not be required to join Discord, obtain a separate private licence token or use an unofficial licensing service merely to run an escrowed paid resource.
4. Licence grant
Subject to successful purchase and the applicable Cfx entitlement, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the resource on servers the purchaser is entitled to operate, subject to the package description and Cfx/Tebex platform rules.
5. Restrictions
Unless mandatory law says otherwise, the buyer may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, leak, publish protected source, bypass or defeat Cfx Asset Escrow/entitlement controls, share purchase access with unrelated third parties, or use the resource in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable Cfx/Rockstar/Tebex rules.
6. Editable files and integrations
Files intentionally left outside escrow (for example configuration/localisation files where provided) may be edited for the buyer's own permitted server use. That does not grant a right to redistribute the complete resource or protected code. Framework names in product descriptions indicate compatibility/integration targets, not endorsement.
7. Product description, updates and support
The product page at the time of purchase defines the advertised features and compatibility. Features described as planned, experimental or in development are not treated as delivered features. Update or support commitments apply only where expressly stated. Buyers should provide the resource version, framework and reproducible error details when requesting technical support.
8. Refunds, withdrawal and payment disputes
Refund and withdrawal requests for purchases processed by Tebex must follow Tebex Checkout's buyer procedures and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights. For EU consumers, digital-content withdrawal rights may change once supply/download begins after the required consent/acknowledgement at checkout; the applicable Tebex checkout wording and law control the transaction.
9. Availability and warranties
Notwen will use reasonable care to keep published resources and documentation accurate, but compatibility can depend on third-party frameworks, game/platform updates and server configuration. Nothing here limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
10. Platform rules
Use of FiveM/Cfx resources remains subject to the current Rockstar/Cfx Creator Platform License Agreement, applicable creator policies and Tebex terms/AUP. A conflicting platform rule takes priority over any permission purportedly granted here.
11. Governing operator details
The contracting/operator identification for Notwen must be completed in the Legal Notice before live sales are switched on. This production build intentionally refuses live checkout until that launch prerequisite is completed.
